Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Together with your submission, please fill Covering Letter and Statement Form as your preparation and statetement of publishing
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice or Microsoft Word document file format.
  • The text is 1.5-spaced; uses a 12-point ARIAL font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

Author Guidelines

The author fill Covering Letter and Statement Form and uploads it as a supplementary file

The author should comply following points;

  1. Manuscript Template can be downloaded here.
  2. Manuscript must use one of these formats: .docx or .doc, ARIAL with 1.5 space on A4 paper, 30 mm right-left margin and 25 mm bottom-up margin. The article should not exceed 10.000 words or 20 pages.
  3. Original papers should use the following format; Title, Author Name and Address, Email, English Abstract, English Keywords, Intrduction, Methods, Result and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgement, and Reference. Non-research article should conform to scientific format.
    Title; first letter use CAPITAL, 12pt bold, should briefly and clearly describe content of paper, and should not exceed 16 words.
  4. Author Name; 12pt bold, full name without academic degree. The apostrophe should be written behind the author name in superscript format. If there’s more than one author from a different institution, author name should be marked as follows; Bekti1, Karna2, Hanny1. Space between Title and Author Name is 2 spaces.
  5. Abstract; written on English language with 250 words maximum. Abstract should describe formulation of the problem, purpose, method, result, and conclusion. Abstract title written on 11pt italic with 1 space. Space between Author Name and Abstract is 2 spaces.
  6. Keywords and Kata Kunci; 5 words maximum. Keywords title written on 11pt bold, keywords written on 11pt italic. Space between Abstract and Keywords is 2 spaces.
  7. Main paper; written on ARIAL 12pt and 1.5 space
  8. Picture and table are numbered. Table title written on top of table, while picture title written on the bottom of picture. High resolution pictures are recommended. Total number of table and picture should not exceed 30% of the paper.
  9. Citation; written on text with name and year in brackets, following journal template format citation. Author should use our citation style like style on Mendeley style. Citation placed before punctuation, in example;
  10. Submitted manuscript will be evaluated by Editorial Board according to a set of evaluation criteria as follows; conformity with scope, validity, originality, and clarity of description
  11. Rejected paper will be notified to corresponding author
  12. Scientific statement and argument are author responsibilities
